If you do not agree with the terms defined below, you should not use products or services offered by OrdaSvit. OrdaSvit reserves the right to change, and or modify the current Terms without prior notice.
All of our products are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0.. Updates, the ability to install the Pro functionality, and technical support are only available for websites with an active subscription. The subscription is valid for one installation only. The number of websites receiving updates and technical support is limited by the subscription type indicated on each product page.
When you buy Pro products or download our Free products, we demand to comply with the laws and not use our products to harm people.
All copyrights to everything that you see on OrdaSvit or download from ordasvit.com, have OrdaSvit and our owners and developers.
The images you see in the screenshots and demo versions are used for demonstration purposes only, they are not included in the download package.The original ones are replaces with placeholders.
You are allowed to make any changes and modifications in the OrdaSvit products to suit your needs. For example, you can delete backlinks from footer but it's not permitted you to change or remove the copyright information in the source code ( XML, PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files distributed with our products). All the products displayed in this website are property of OrdaSvit.
As a member your username and password is for your personal use only. If we discover that you share or give out your username and password, we will end your membership account with us at once.
ordasvit.com offers refunds to unsatisfied customers within the first 14 days of purchase. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free versions, video overviews, demo versions, and documentation of each type of the extension offered before making a purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of our extensions or have any questions, please write in our forum and have your invoice ready by sending us a request through our contact form. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, a refund will be provided.
The refund does not apply to Drupal and WordPress.
You can only return an extension for a refund once. If you buy it again you will not be able to get a refund.
If a refund is issued you will lose access to the extension.
If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
If you bought a product - 1 site+hosting, we do not refund the $25 that was spent to install it.
You may ask from OrdaSvit to close your account at anytime. OrdaSvit may ask from you your account details for cancel your OrdaSvit account.
Any information submitted by user will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases and addressing any customer service issues.
OrdaSvit does not take responsibility for data used in a Payment gateways financial transaction. Payment gateways is responsible for accepting and verifying your financial account details. Your financial details are not stored on our system.
After you have done payment and payment gateway has been processed your payment. You will can download product which you bought on our website - in Products details. Please check more about: OrdaSvit - Buy and delivery products.
OrdaSvit gives no warranty or guarantee for our Templates packages and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demo sites. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions.
We provide technical support for OrdaSvit products via email and forum. During our general support hours Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2), we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 12 – 24 hours.
Difference between what is technical support and customization. We are committed to help you with any type of support query, however we can't provide extensive help in terms of customization. Please read our documentation about how to use our extensions and template packages or hire our developer who can do it for you.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
