Database Theme Options Export and Import

Some themes save custom settings in the WordPress database as theme options. You can export and import these using a plugin like Backup Migration or UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore.

Using any plugin Export Theme Options:

• Install the plugin of your choice. For example, Backup Migration
• Go to Backup Migration.

• Select "Create Backup now" or set an automatic backups creation.

• Export all data along with the database.
